GOOD WITH: DOGS, CATS;  LOVES KIDS!!  FRIENDLY WITH ADULTS.

NOTES: Phoebe was likely dumped/abandoned.  She was found in an area where people often dump dogs.  She has been spayed and vetted and is ready for a foster, foster to adopt or adoptive home.  She keeps her kennel clean, is sweet and friendly.
