DALLAS TEXAS: NEEDS FOSTER OR ADOPTION ASAP This is Lola. Her family moved out of the country and were not able to take her. She would have been put to sleep at the shelter but we were lucky enough to find out about and were able to get her to safety. We have ZERO foster homes open, so, in order to save Lola's life, we had to send her to a boarding kennel. She spends the entire day in a small kennel run. It's pretty much the same as being in the shelter except it's cleaner, the food is better and she doesn't have to worry about being put to sleep. BUT it's still a concrete kennel and she is lonely and bored. Lola is housebroken, good with kids and good with male dogs. She could use some work on leash manners (she pulls) but she is an all around sweetheart of a girl. She may enjoy having a medium to large sized male dog to burn off puppy energy and wrestle with but would do fine as an only dog is well. Lola's est DOB is 9/25/14. Lola is looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt, or a forever home. If you live out of the area, transport options may exist.
