Meet Miss Mara!  She is a gorgeous red fawn female Anatolian Shepherd Dog or mix.  We estimate Mara's DOB to be October 2023.  She is vaccinated, heartworm negative and is in good health.  She will be spayed before she is adopted.

Mara was picked up as a stray and not reclaimed.  She is now in a loving foster home where she is learning how much fun it can be to be a puppy.  Mara is working on leash manners, potty training and basic obedience commands.   She's doing great so far and is a very smart girl.   She will, however, need lots of training, supervision and guidance as she continues to mature.

Mara is friendly and loves people.  She also loves having a canine companion so she will do best in a home with a male dog who is close to her age and size.

 Transport options may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route.
