DALLAS TEXAS: CHAMP IS IN URGENT NEED OF A FOSTER OR ADOPTION ASAP

HIS FOSTER IS NO LONGER ABLE TO CARE FOR HIM

EMAIL ASDRESCUE@GMAIL.COM for more info

Meet Champ!  This sweet boy had been living on the streets for a long time, unfortunately.  He was extremely skinny when he first came to us but he is slowly putting on weight and looking better every day.

Champ's estimated DOB is February 2021.  He weighs 70 lbs right now but is still underweight. Champ is neutered, heartworm negative and, other than being a little skinny, he is in good health.

Champ is housebroken and has good indoor manners.  He loves people and is friendly with everyone he meets.  Don't let that fool you, though, he still has a deep bark and will let you know if something is amiss!

Champ would love to have a companion dog/buddy/best friend to hang out and play with.  He will do best with a female dog who is close to his age (young/young adult) and close to his size.  He is not aggressive with cats.

Champ is a pretty laid back dog and he truly enjoys being with his people.  He would be a great dog for someone who works from home or is retired but still active.   He has not been tested with young children.  He's not aggressive in any way but he still gets excited and jumps now and then.  So he could easily knock a little one over.

NO LIVESTOCK EXPERIENCE

Transport assistance within 1000 miles may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route

Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions.

Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
