Meet Murray! Murray has led a less than stellar life this far but he is is still willing to see the good in people. He will be shy at first but once he gets to know you, he will quietly become your loyal best friend. Murray loves the quiet life and will do best in an easy going, laid back home. He enjoys snoozing by foster mom's feet while she works on the computer or watches tv. Murray is good with other dogs and may actually benefit from having other dogs in the home who he can take cues from. He would do best paired with another laid back dog. He is curious about cats but has not shown any aggression. He has not been tested with children or livestock. Murray tested positive for heartworms but has started on slow kill treatment. He has no symptoms and is otherwise healthy and active. ___________________________________________________________________ Transport assistance within 1000 miles may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions. Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
