This beautiful 8 month old needs a foster to get him off a chain. The poor guy can't catch a break. He was dumped on a rural Kentucky road at 12 weeks of age. A kind hearted woman has been feeding him and got his first vaccinations done, but can not keep him as she doesn't have a fence to contain him. The neighbors are threatening her to keep him home and he has been attacked by other larger loose dogs.
