DALLS, TEXAS: "COOPER" *URGENT - FOSTER NEEDED ASAP* We cannot save Cooper without a foster!! Cooper is just a puppy at 8 months old. He was picked up as a stray in a Dallas suburb. Cooper was taken in by a local family for a while, but they don't have a fence and can't keep him contained with the invisible fence they put in for him. After paying the fees three times to break him out of jail they have decided to surrender him to the shelter. Can you help this beautiful pup as a foster home while he waits for his forever family?
