DALLAS TEXAS: Sugar is also available through our Foster-To-Adopt program Sugar is just as sweet as her name says she is, but her owners moved and took her to the shelter instead of taking them with her. She is now looking for either a foster to adopt or adoptive home. Sugar is housebroken and seems to be good with both dogs and cats. She is a snuggler and loves to give kisses.
