***THIS DOG IS LOCATED IN AUSTIN TEXAS*** Meet Ragnar. He is a very handsome, young adult, neutered male Anatolian Shepherd Dog or mix. Estimated DOB 11/01/2014. Ragnar was dumped, abandoned, on the side of a road. He sat in that same spot for 5 days, possibly waiting for the humans to come back to get him. But that did not happen. Ragnar was taken in by a Good Samaritan who had him fully vetted and he is now ready to find his forever home. A home where he will not have to worry about being abandoned again. Ragnar is housebroken and has had some formal training through Taurus Academy in Austin. He knows basic commands, Anatolian style. He walks on leash, as well. Ragnar gets along with other dogs. He does not start a fight but if provoked, he will stand his ground. He would do well in a home with another medium to large sized dog that is about the same age/activity level so he would have a playmate. He would also do well as an only dog but will need a securely fenced yard and daily leashed walks. Ragnar has not been tested with cats or children. PLEASE NOTE: This is a courtesy listing.
