***THIS DOG IS LOCATED IN FORT WORTH TEXAS*** Meet Jax. His owners sold their house, packed up their belongings and moved away, leaving Jax alone, in the yard, to fend for himself. He was living on his own in the yard for at least 30 days before he someone called animal control. Jax was skin and bones when we pulled him from the shelter. He is putting on weight and has a good appetite. He is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated and will be neutered soon. We wanted him to put on a little more weight before surgery. Jax is estimated to be about 2 years old. Even though he was treated poorly by his former people, Jax is very forgiving. He loves people and loves to be loved. Jax is an easy going guy. He paid no attention to the other dogs while he was in the shelter. He is now in a foster home where he is getting a lot of TLC.
